A Lush indulgence

Oh lush is a very dangerous shop.

 I did the usual thing where I went in for a 'browse 'whilst my boyfriend stayed outside (he can't stand the smell for some reason) and came out with products I don't need.

I had some help from the lovely assistant and had to tell her not to show me anything else because I will just buy everything. So this was quite a restrained visit to lush although I still came out buying things I never intended to.

Granny takes a Dip

This is such a great bath bomb, it smells amazing and when you drop it into a bath the fizz of different colours is so cool. It's like a rainbow of colours fills the bath, the bomb is a show in itself.  Unfortunately when I spoke to the sales assistant she told me that they are discontinuing this bath bomb and turning it into a bubble bar instead. This was my excuse for buying one, I didn't take much persuasion to be honest.

Salt Spray.

I have needed a good salt spray for a while now and I love this! It gets some volume into your hair and keeps it in place. This product doesn't make my hair feel straw like, which is the main problem I have had with other products. Most of all I love the smell !! It's basically summer in a bottle and reminds me of being on holiday, I love it so much that I could probably wear the scent as a perfume!

Daddyo

The sales assistant went on to show me this shampoo called Daddyo. She told me it is perfect for blonde hair and taking out all the brassy shades. Then she went on to tell me it smells of parma violets. Sold! It smells so good and the shampoo actually comes out purple and foams up in your hair to become a lovely violet colour.  I love this shampoo but it won't be my everyday shampoo , I'll probably only use it once a week as it's a little pricey.

Charity Pot

I also picked up this charity pot body lotion.  It's the charity pot to help prevent the killing of sharks for the use of shark fin soup and jewellery. This is something I do feel quite strongly about so I had to buy this body lotion.  I watched the documentary 'Sharkwater' on a flight to Florida once and I was hooked and also quite shocked at the harsh killing and slaughtering of sharks which we are oblivious to in everyday life.   I would really recommend giving this documentary a watch, if you're not a shark lover, it will definitely change your perception on them . At this point I had let the assistant know that I couldn't look at any more otherwise I would've brought the whole shop. I'm so easily swayed.
